Audra A. Holbeck limits her practice to family law, collaborative family law, and estate planning.

Ms. Holbeck does more than just give legal advice. She gives her clients the tools they need to build new lives. Because of her education and experience in clinical psychology, she acquired the skills to handle the emotional issues surrounding divorce. She listens carefully to her clients and understands their needs, values, and lifestyles. Since people aren't created from cookie cutters, one "size" (settlement or plan) does not fit everyone. Audra understands each client is unique, and helps her clients make decisions based on their individual circumstances and expectations.

Audra A. Holbeck advises her family law clients on divorce, custody, child support, maintenance, paternity, property division, domestic abuse, post-decree, and appellate matters. She presents her clients with the option of collaborative divorce, which is an innovative, dignified, and respectful way to divorce. Collaborative practice is gaining international recognition and was just featured on "The Today Show".

Audra's estate planning practice consists of drafting revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and simple wills.

Audra A. Holbeck received her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul and her Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota in Duluth.

Ms. Holbeck is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Collaborative Law Institute, and the International Association of Collaborative Professionals.  Ms. Holbeck is also a family mediator and qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.
