Daniel Dalton has been practicing law since 1982. Mr. Dalton has written numerous articles on family law for the Massachusetts Bar Association publications. He has also taught college level courses regarding family law.

Daniel Dalton was the Assistant Counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Social Services from 1990 to 1997. He concentrated on child welfare law, including juvenile, adoption and guardianship proceedings. Mr. Dalton is a memeber of the Massachusetts Bar Assocation, Family Law Section as well as the American Bar Association, Family Law Section.
