Dominic Tomaio was awarded a Juris Doctor in 1996 from Seton Hall University, School of Law after receiving his Bachelor's of Arts Degree from Montclair State University in 1993.

Mr. Tomaio is currently admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court (District of New Jersey) Bar. Mr. Tomaio is a member of the Executive Family Law Committee of the Morris County and Essex County Bar Associations, and is a member of the American and New Jersey State Bar Associations along with the American Trial Lawyer Association.

Dominic Tomaio has lectured for New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the American Trial Lawyers Assocation.

Mr. Tomaio has been published in the New Jersey Family Law Practice, NJICLE, Skoloff & Cutler, 10th Ed., 2002, specifically, the author of Chapter 14, Issues Surrounding Unmarried Cohabitants.

Dominic Tomaio has served as a panelist from the Morris County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel Mediation Program and is the Court Appointed Expert - Guardian Add Litem.
