Attorney Biography
Elliot Schlissel received his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York, Buffalo School of Law in 1975 after he completed his under graduate study at the State University of New York College, Oswego in 1972 with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Mr. Schlissel was admitted to the New York Bar in 1977. He was also admitted to the U.S. District Court Eastern District of New York in 1978 as well as the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York in 1978. Most recently, Mr. Schlissel was admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1987.
Elliot Schlissel is a member of a number of Associations including: the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Queens County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Commercial Lawyers Conference of New York, where Mr. Schlissel is President.
