Patrick Sampair has represented hundreds of clients in their family law matters, including divorce, paternity, child support, spousal maintenance/alimony, and legal separations.  In the terribly difficult areas involving child custody and parenting time issues, the firm believes that the best interest of the children should be served above all else.  In those cases involving division of large financial assets or hidden assets, the firm uses specially trained CPA's and investigators, including the former head of the Phoenix division of the criminal investigation division of the Internal Revenue Service for particular financial matters.

In those matters that require expert help, Mr. Sampair uses psychologist, private investigators and any other expert necessary to aid your case.  In those cases involving complex financial matters, I often use ex-IRS agents and CPA's as necessary.

Patrick Sampair is a graduate of the Creighton University School of Law.  He has practiced law for 20 years.  Patrick is a former Adjunct Professor of Law at the William Mitchell School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, and admitted to practice in the sate and federal courts in Arizona and Minnesota, as well as the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 9th Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal.  Patrick has handled hundreds of domestic relations/family law cases in Maricopa County Arizona.  He has doggedly pursued spousal maintenance, child support, custody and access/visitation matters on behalf of deserving spouses.  The vast majority ofhis domestic relations practice involves custody issues and complex financial matters.
