Richard T. Mr. Bryant received his B.B.A. in 1974 from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, his M.P.A. from in 1975, and his J.D. from the University of Missouri at Kansas in 1978.

Mr. Bryant is admitted to practice in the Courts of  Missouri, the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri; the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri; in Washington, D.C., in  Kansas and the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas, the Territorial Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Courts of Iowa.
