The parent awarded child custody must provide for the education and support of the child to the best of his or her ability. If such child support is inadequate, the non-custodial parent must assist in the support to the best of his or her ability. Oklahoma child support terminates at age 18, or until the child completes high school. Click Here for Oklahoma Message Board |
