Wyoming alimony or spousal support may be awarded to either spouse after consideration of the other's ability to pay. Real estate or profits from real estate may be ordered transferred to the other spouse as and for alimony or spousal support for life. Marital fault cannot be considered in awarding Wyoming spousal support.
